Do you sell to the public?
Nope! We’re strictly wholesale. You’ll need to be a trade customer to view prices and place orders.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — our minimum order is £100 net. Mainland UK orders over £200 net qualify for free delivery. Orders under this are charged £10 per consignment.
What’s your delivery lead time?
If you’ve got an account with us, your order should be with you in 3 working days. Need it quicker? We can arrange next-day delivery on request.
What if I’m a new customer?
All new customers pay pro forma (payment before dispatch). Once that’s sorted, you can apply for a credit account with us.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms for approved credit accounts are 30 days net. We reserve the right to revoke credit and charge 2.5% monthly interest on overdue payments.
Do you accept returns?
Returns of shop-worn or priced stock aren’t accepted. No goods can be returned without prior written consent.
What if something arrives damaged or short?
Claims must be made within 3 working days of delivery. We’ll assign a claim reference and issue credit for valid issues.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Export orders are on a pre-paid ex works basis. Carriage paid for Scotland Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Ireland is £1000 net. Alternatively, you can organise your own shipping.
Can I use your product photos and descriptions?
Yes — once you’re approved, feel free to use our images and copy to promote our products.
Can I sell your products on Amazon/eBay/etc?
No — we strictly prohibit selling on third-party platforms like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok, Facebook etc., unless you’ve had written permission from us.
Do I need to do anything special with adult/rude products?
Yes — retailers must merchandise adult/rude items responsibly and keep them out of reach of children.
